Your child must be five years old by September 1 for admission to kindergarten. All children residing in the Andrew Jackson Public School neighborhood boundaries are eligible to attend by registering at the school. Families living outside Andrew Jackson Public School's immediate neighborhood may apply for admission to grades K through 8 by completing an EH-36 form, available at your neighborhood school or the Office of Student Placement at 215-400-4290.

Families must have the EH-36 submitted by the end of October for the following academic year. For specific dates and details, visit the Philadelphia School District’s voluntary transfer page.
