Mission

The mission of Nebinger School is to provide a high quality education that prepares, ensures and empowers all Nebinger students to achieve their full intellectual and social potential in order to become lifelong learners and productive members of 21st century global and technological society.

The Nebinger Community has established high standards and expectations for academic and behavioral performance. We are committed to excellence so that all children reach proficiency in all content areas. To accomplish this mission all members of the community are committed to: implementing rigorous data driven instruction; valuing and honoring each child’s multiple intelligences via differentiated instruction; celebrating diversity through the language, culture and the arts; continually improving their skills and modeling life long learning; creating nurturing relationships with students and other staff members. We embrace the efforts based paradigm of achievement where staff send the message daily – “You can do it, I believe in you, and I won’t give up on you”. We are committed to ensuring that students begin to develop the most important skills necessary for success in a global society: Professionalism/Work Ethic, Oral and Written Communications, Teamwork/ Collaboration, and Critical Thinking/Problem Solving.

Our community is unified by the following beliefs:

All children can learn at high levels.

All children can reach their potential and that the achievement gap will be eliminated.

Each staff member has an enormous impact on children’s lives.

Nebinger School maintains a safe and orderly environment.

Nebinger School is a “Wonderful Place to Belong.”
